• Business information: marketplace seller IDs, brand names, ASIN catalogs, advertising account identifiers, financial projections, and supporting documentation you choose to share with us
• Communications: emails, messages, call recordings (only when you have consented), and notes from meetings
• Payment information: billing details processed through third-party payment providers (we do not store full card numbers ourselves)

4. Amazon Marketplace Web Services & Advertising API Data

North Scale is registered as a developer with Amazon's Selling Partner API (SP-API) and Amazon Advertising API. When a client authorizes us to access their Amazon data, we receive only the scopes required to deliver the contracted services.

• We use Amazon-derived data exclusively for the contracted client engagement.
• We do not commingle data across clients.
• We do not sell, lease, or share Amazon-derived data with any third party for marketing purposes.
• We retain Amazon-derived data only as long as required to deliver the engagement, plus a reasonable period thereafter for audit and dispute-resolution purposes, after which it is deleted or de-identified.
• Clients may revoke our access at any time through Amazon's developer authorization controls.

Our handling of Amazon Marketplace data complies with the Amazon Acceptable Use Policy, the Data Protection Policy for Selling Partner APIs, and the Amazon Ads API Use Policy. If you believe our handling of Amazon-derived data is non-compliant, please contact info@northscalecorp.com.

5. How We Share Information

We share information only as described below:

• Service providers: cloud hosting, analytics, email, payment processing, and similar vendors operating under written agreements that limit their use of information to the services they provide us.
• Legal compliance: when required by law, valid legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of North Scale, our clients, or others.
• Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to confidentiality obligations.

North Scale operates from the United States.
